This is a 5-day tour heading across the Border to stop in Southern Scotland, at the Cairndale Hotel and Leisure Club for
4 nights Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. The hotel is one of Dumfries’ largest privately owned hotels with 91 en-suite rooms. The hotel is home to the Baracuda Club, which is the hotels owns private leisure club. Here there is a 14m indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, spa and steam room which guests have use of. The spa also offers a range of treatments at an additional cost.

Our days out will include a journey across Dumfries & Galloway to the Atlantic Coast, here we will cross The Peninsular onto The Rhins. Here we will make a visit to Logan Botanic Garden – this is Scotland’s most exotic garden where you can see plants that are rarely seen anywhere else in the UK! The area is warmed by the Gulf Stream which allow these plants to survive. The garden originally dates from 1869 and in 1969 became the Logan Botanic Gardens, part of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

We will also make a visit to Drumlanrig Castle, where a guided tour is included as well as entrance to the Castle gardens. The castle is a 17th century castle and has been seat of the Douglas family for generations.
